H2O Restore provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, and gutter clearing. The specific scope of work will be detailed in the written quote provided to the customer prior to the commencement of any work.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A booking is only confirmed once the customer has accepted the quote (verbally or in writing) and a date for the service has been agreed upon. We reserve the right to amend a quote if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise upon physical inspection of the property.
To ensure we can carry out our services safely and effectively, the customer agrees to:
Payment is due in full upon completion of the agreed services, unless alternative payment terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. H2O Restore reserves the right to reschedule work due to severe adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures) that would make the work unsafe or ineffective.
While we take the utmost care when working on your property, H2O Restore cannot be held liable for damage to surfaces that are already degraded, loose, or structurally unsound prior to cleaning (e.g., loose pointing, flaking paint, pre-existing cracked tiles). We are fully insured for public liability. Any claims for damage directly caused by our negligence must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of the service completion.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with the services provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will arrange to inspect the work and, if the standard falls below our agreed scope, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. Complaints raised after this period will be assessed at our discretion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
